Macadam roads

In the existing roads, built several decades ago, where is enough raw material to fit in with our technology a new road instead of the old!

The essence of the system:

Reuse the available materials in the road, adding little or no new material in order to rebuild the new road. With enormous cost saving both in terms of raw material and return of transportation cost and because the beneficiary is not charged with any costs of disposal, transport of material derived from the recovery of the foundation the road!

Process:

As a first step we cut the both sides of the road with a shoulder miller, so that rainwater can be drained into ditches or drains the water formed in the shoulder (gullies).

(The milled shoulder will be populated over time with vegetation, which in hilly r, mountain regions reduces greatly the speed of storm water drainage, respectively help the drainage process). The milling material is expelled in the side of the road, throw distance can be adjusted from 1-25 m.
The next step in the road surface is pickled with claws grader to a depth of 25-30 cm. In this manner materials reach the surface of the road (stone, gravel, rubble).
In the third stage of work is put into action the stone crusher, which crushes the material reached the surface (up to a diameter of 25-30 cm) at a grain size of 0 / 32-0 / 40 mm (adjustable) while stirring them in to an approximate depth of 25 cm with the material road. (This depth can be adjusted using the rear wheel support)

Important note: auxiliary sustainable path is one that has a load capacity and a high compaction ratio achieved by blending the best of materials, that the optimal grain size (fine + components corresponding grain crushed stone). It is noteworthy that the Poma stone crusher in the process of grinding out the unpaved road pushes out as little stone dust as it is possible mixing it in the road material. If processed limestone, limestone fillers, as a hydraulic binder, solidifies to a significant extent under the action of future precipitation on the road surface. Our equipment allows crushing need for road binder mixture (our partner Gemstone) directly into the cylinder crushing road material.

This machine is used exclusively by Poma road service and commercial channels reach only in exceptional cases.

In the fourth stage of work we achieve the road profile with a grader blade.
In this process it is necessarily to achieve an appropriate profile for the road (inclination in one direction or two directions).
The last step is represented by the compression.
This is usually developed and manufactured by the Poma RW-150 attached vibratory cylinder. Weighs 2 tons, vibration: 2500/min. Positive aspect: the lateral working area is extendible 90 cm to the left, so we can work with him on the lateral side of the road, respectively in a hilly forest road we can avoid the risk that the tractor slips. The ideal tool can be also the RP-240 vibrating plate. This is used for finer roads or structures.
